The dark side of relying

The most contributing factor in today’s world is dependence.

Relying on: It’s one of the greatest strengths and also a terrible weakness.

We often depend on certain people to get our things done. Say it as family or friends to gain mental strength, support at our low points. We rely on loved ones; it is a natural thing because we trusted them and we automatically expect them to be there for us.

What if they misplace our trust? What if they leave us in shadows and leave us to rot there? This is not some aliened concept. At some point, everybody has been there.

Youngsters around the world are dealing with breakups, betrayal, romantic separation, rejection and a lot more only dictionary isn’t enough, to begin with.

These cases revolve around trying to get the person back and suffering when failed. We strongly taught our mind that their presence is essential in our lives to be happy. We made someone else strong-hold the keys to our precious happiness. As I mentioned in my earlier article, we tend to fight unnecessary fights. This fight where everybody thinks to be a necessity is absolutely a pointless fight, and it leads to stress cardiomyopathy referred to as break heart syndrome.

You need to know, and you need to remember that you do not need anyone but yourself to be whole again.

The human mind is like a child. A child listens and does like he is taught, and so is our mind. Prepare your mind that it does not need to rely on someone to become a stronger individual.

Teach it and make it rely only on yourself. Our mind plays a very crucial role in making or breaking our precious lives. Only you have the best interests regarding your life no one else does.

Either you stand alone, or you stand with your significant other. It shouldn’t make any difference. Do not step back. Believe in yourself before believing in someone else and something else.

Appreciate the support but do not rely on it. Accept the support when it’s given. Do not expect it to be given all the time. Make anything and everything to work for your strength. Do not allow it to become even as the slightest weakness.

Unnecessary fights cause severe problems; in this case, severe health problems. One thing leads to another and life becomes toxic. Be healthy; make sure things work for your well-being. There is nothing greater than health in this world.

Face it, work through it and ultimately win it and do not stress over it in the process when somebody fails you.

They said

I’m dangerous

I asked them why?

They replied;

You do not need anyone

and

That’s when I smiled.

Apply it to your life and see yourself in the mirror one day. You’ll be proud of yourself. There’s nothing you cannot do.
