Routines of champions

Most champions that you see have a deep connection with God.

Champions plan their day, week, month and year. Every champion set clear goals and move towards their goals every single day. They are meticulous, very specific and detailed in planning. Champions have big dreams and develop plans to achieve them.

Champions are highly organized, which is one of the reasons for their success. When you are organized in the things you do, you will attract good people into your life.

Champions take initiatives. They take responsibility for every decision they make. Champions are value driven and are not driven by feelings. Champions are self-aware; they don’t react to issues based on their emotions and mood.

Champions eat the right kind of food. Champions take good care of their body. They take time to exercise regularly, get enough rest, eat lots of vegetables, whole grain and the right amount of protein.

Champions have incredible personal work ethics and work really hard. They are creative and imaginative. They are the first to arrive at their workplace and the last to leave. They are committed to excellence in whatever work they do.

Champions are time conscious. Time is the currency of the earth. As the Australians use Australian dollars, Americans use the US dollar, British the pound sterling, the Chinese the Yen, the same way the common currency and denomination every citizen of the earth use is time. They are always conscious of the use of their time.

Champions are disciplined. Champions are consistent and persistent in whatever they are doing. They don’t do one thing today and another tomorrow. Aristotle said, “We are what we repeatedly do, excellence, therefore, is a habit.” Excellence is a routine.

Champions are good learners; they learn and study about leadership. Champions always have a roadmap and followed a clear direction for what they do.
